How long will my fresh wreath or centerpiece last?
Our fresh evergreen products typically last 3 to 6 weeks indoors and up to 8 weeks or longer in cooler, outdoor environments. We recommend keeping them away from direct heat sources and misting them with water every few days to maintain freshness.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date for my order?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery week to ensure your greenery arrives exactly when you need it for your holiday decorating or gifting.
Do you offer free shipping on your products?
We are proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. For expedited shipping or deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, additional fees may apply.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely. You can add a custom gift message for each item in your order at no extra charge. The message will be printed on a beautiful gift card and included in the box.
What is your return policy for live greenery?
Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our quality 100%. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or resolution.
Where are your products made?
All of our fresh wreaths, centerpieces, and garlands are handcrafted with care at our farm in Washington State using sustainably harvested evergreens from the Pacific Northwest.
